About the Accommodation

Villa Ti-Paradis offers you all the necessary comfort for a perfect and relaxing stay.

• The bedding is exclusively composed of high quality mattresses, so that you can fully rest during your vacations.
• All rooms are air-conditioned. 2 air conditioners are from September 2022 and the other from 2021. The air conditioners are regularly cleaned.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with a sufficient number of quality accessories (18 cutlery and plates, wine, champagne, water and cocktail glasses). The classic appliances of a modern kitchen are waiting for you.
• A large capacity refrigerator and freezer will save you from having to run errands too often... something else to do... right?
• So that you can enjoy a drink or a cocktail in the pool, we provide unbreakable acrylic glasses that you can use around (or in) the pool.
• The pool.... Its Grey-Blue liner allows to warm up the water thanks to the solar radiation... The water was in September at .... 30°... Towels complete the equipment of the pool and the deckchairs.
• You will naturally have 2 towels per person (toilet and bath) and of course the necessary bedding. For a good night's sleep you have 2 different types of pillows... soft or firm...
• If you have a baby please contact us. A folding bed is available as well as an additional mattress and an adapted mosquito net. The high chair will allow you to make your meals serenely with your baby.
• The most important last.... especially with children or teenagers... yes! there is wifi... and even fiber.... no panic ;-) 500 Mbit/s....
• ....the rest??? Come to discover it.... have a good stay...;-)

Other remarks: The third room offers a bed of 180x200 or 2 beds of 90x200 more suitable for children and teenagers.

An end-of-stay cleaning fee of 120€ will be paid to the concierge at the beginning of your stay.

Accessibility:

The house is certainly on one level, however it is only partially accessible to people with reduced mobility. Unfortunately, none of the bathroom doors have the minimum width of 82 cm. There are also no facilities in the bathrooms to assist people with reduced mobility.

Environment:

In an ecological but also economic approach of the island and as part of an eco-responsible rental of classified furnished accommodation, we thank you for using resources wisely and without waste.

Considering possible water cuts in Guadeloupe, the villa has a buffer tank guaranteeing the supply of water to the house. It is however particularly important in this context to avoid overconsumption of water and we ask you to pay attention to this.

Power cuts may occur on the Guadeloupean networks. It is essential for the network but especially for our environment to reduce the electricity consumption of the island. The villa is equipped with LED lights and the garden is entirely lit by solar lights. During your vacation, we ask you to pay attention to the proper use of electrical equipment.

Inside the house there are 2 different closed waste garbage cans for waste separation. In the garden you will also find containers for waste separation. We ask you to respect this sorting.

The air-conditioning is particularly energy consuming. Therefore we ask you to pay attention to use the air conditioning only when you are really in the room.

Neighbourhood

The neighborhood consists of individual houses occupied by permanent residents of the island. The concierge is located directly in front of the villa allowing for quick assistance to our guests. Unlike other residences, at Villa Ti-Paradis you will enjoy the true Caribbean atmosphere.

Another neighborhood is also present.... that of the animals.... so you can also meet Moogli the neighbor's cat who walks in the garden.... the hummingbirds are there in the morning to gather flowers of aole vera. It is not uncommon for roosters, chickens, turtles and iguanas to wander around the neighborhood .... They are all harmless, you just have to observe them...

Transport

A few 300 meters from the villa, you will find the Bragelogne bus stop. However, it is strongly advised to rent a car in order to enjoy the jewels of Guadeloupe. We can advise you on the choice of your rental car.
